Join the Cybersecurity Engineering team, part of the EY Cybersecurity practice in Poland, delivering advisory, design, deployment and operational services for advanced cybersecurity platforms. We help organizations strengthen their security posture through solutions such as XDR, SIEM, Cloud Security, AI Security and SSE/SASE.

As an AI Security Consultant, you will work on complex international projects supporting global organizations in securing AI-enabled products, platforms, data ecosystems and enterprise AI adoption initiatives. You will collaborate with leading cybersecurity and AI specialists, helping clients design and implement secure, scalable and responsible AI solutions.

EY.AI – in this role, you will work in an environment where AI agents are part of the team and everyday project delivery. You will use role-specific AI solutions that help analyse data, generate recommendations and design solutions, enabling you to move from insights to action faster and create greater value for clients.

Your scope of duties

  • Conduct AI security assessments and secure AI architecture reviews.
  • Perform AI risk analysis and threat modelling for AI/ML and GenAI systems.
  • Carry out model and application security testing.
  • Validate security controls across AI-enabled solutions.
  • Deliver cybersecurity advisory services supporting enterprise AI adoption.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations and executive-level presentations.
  • Engage with technical and business stakeholders across international projects.
  • Support clients in securing AI-enabled products, platforms and data ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and AI experts on innovative security initiatives.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering or related areas.
  • Strong cybersecurity expertise in at least one of the following domains: security architecture, cloud security, application security, identity security, governance, data protection or security operations.
  • Mandatory AI proficiency, including understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted business processes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and standards such as EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into business risks and actionable remediation plans.
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in emerging AI security threats and controls.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent English skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Passion for innovation, AI adoption and secure digital transformation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in both Cybersecurity and AI-related projects.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI Security.
  • Experience with Prompt Security and prompt attack mitigation techniques.
  • Vulnerability Management or Vulnerability Research experience.
  • Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering or Threat Intelligence experience.
  • Experience with AI Governance, Model Risk Management or Responsible AI programmes.
  • Security and/or AI-related certifications.
