The Senior Data Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing advanced analytics, business intelligence solutions, and actionable market insights to measure and improve Global Service performance. This role leverages data, automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven methodologies to support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and service transformation initiatives.

This position is part of the EMEA Service organization and will be located remotely. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In This Role, You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and interactive dashboards to monitor and predict service performance. This will allow us to deliver actionable insights and performance recommendations to Regional and Local Service Leadership, enabling data-driven decision making.

  • Partner with Global, Regional, and Local Service teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and reconciliation of operational metrics across scorecards and reporting systems.

  • Transform complex operational data into meaningful business intelligence that drives service excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Develop benchmarking analyses and performance reports to identify best practices and support strategic initiatives and integrate intelligent alerting and decision-support capabilities into operational reporting environments. As well explore and apply emerging AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business challenges.

  • Implement automated data pipelines, reporting workflows, and self-service analytics capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability. Support transformation programs and non-technical projects within the Service Transformation Office and contribute to global and regional initiatives based on business priorities and organizational needs.

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role within a global organization.

  • Strong experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent), including data modeling, forecasting, and KPI development.

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating business needs into actionable insights and analytical solutions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with fluency in English.

It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:

  • Service operations, customer support, field service, or healthcare diagnostics environments.

  • Cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architecture solutions.

  • Process automation technologies and workflow orchestration tools.

  • Change management and performance improvement initiatives in a global matrix organization.
