Job description

Role Summary

In support of the Dental Sales Operations and Broker/Client Services organization, this role serves as an internal consultative partner for all things Dental Salesforce. This role partners with Dental Sales Operations, Dental business leaders, broker support teams, and technology stakeholders to define priorities and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and broker engagement. They are responsible for shaping the Dental Salesforce roadmap in alignment with growth, retention, and service objectives and manage integrations across quoting, enrollment, broker compensation, and servicing platforms while proactively addressing risks and dependencies.

This position is also a key collaborator with others internally and externally, ensuring our Salesforce implementation meets market standards and maximizes our investment in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of Dental business strategy and operations.
  • Act as product owner for Dental Salesforce capabilities.
  • Define and manage roadmap and backlog based on business value.
  • Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging configuration (clicks, not code).
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage backlog aligned to growth and operational efficiency.
  • Support workflows including lead management, case tracking, and service requests.
  • Maintain data quality and governance standards.
  • Deliver configuration enhancements including flows, approvals, and dashboards.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security.
  • Lead communication and change management for platform updates.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery execution.
  • Support production stability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years Agile delivery experience.
  • 5+ years supporting sales operations in Dental, Healthcare, or insurance.
  • Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Health Cloud)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with broker operations and servicing workflows.
  • Previous telephony integration setup and support.
  • Agile certification (SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with group benefits products (Dental and Ancillary products including Vision, Disability, etc.).

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 115,600 - 192,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
