Job description

Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Coordinator

Praxis Health  |  Interpath Laboratory  |  Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions

Entry Level  •  Full Time  •  Remote within Washington, Oregon, or Idaho •  Option to work on-site at our Pendleton, Oregon headquarters if desired

We at Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, the proud parent company of Praxis Health and Interpath Laboratory, are excited to invite a new Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Coordinator to our wonderful Talent Acquisition team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to kickstart their career in healthcare recruiting. In this role, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps our hiring process running smoothly. You’ll post open roles, review resumes, coordinate with hiring managers, and guide new hires through onboarding, all while ensuring a fantastic experience for both candidates and the managers who rely on your support.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a foundational year of recruiting experience. What we value most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide excellent service to everyone you interact with.

While this role is remote, we do require candidates to be physically located somewhere between the Puget Sound and the Boise foothills — so residing in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho is essential. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who are located outside of these three states.
