Job description

We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist

At Tecspal, we’re redefining how global teams connect through smart hardware and logistics solutions. As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our purchasing processes in APAC. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the availability of products, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating closely with commercial and customer-facing teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities in an assigned region, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with both suppliers and the commercial team to align on inventory needs and timelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting on-time delivery and stock availability.
  • Monitor and report on procurement and execution metrics.
  • Identify and address stock or supply issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align procurement with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
  • Experience or familiarity with supplier negotiations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in English.
