Real Estate

Join our mission to give the people power to unlock life’s next chapter. We’re looking for smart, passionate people to join our largely distributed workforce as we reimagine the real estate transaction and change the way people buy, sell, rent and finance their homes. Our homes are the heartbeat of our lives, and we believe that finding a home shouldn’t be so hard in today’s always-on world. That’s why we’re reimagining the traditional rules of real estate to make it easier than ever to move from one home to the next. Our journey began nearly 15 years ago with a handful of employees and one big idea: to make it radically easier for people to move. We began by helping people understand and track their homes’ values with the Zestimate, our proprietary algorithm, and then with advanced technology and valuable connections with real estate professionals. Today, Zillow has become a household name; “Zillow” is Googled more frequently than “real estate.” We believe that the time for a seamless and convenient real estate experience is now. This is Zillow’s next chapter.

Job description

About the team

Revenue Strategy & Operations is the strategic engine and connective tissue for Zillow's Agent Sales organization. We deliver the highest-impact cross-functional programs in the business, align Go-to-Market, Revenue Strategy and Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Media around a shared operating model, and architect the organizational designs that let the business scale new and existing product lines without fragmenting.

About the role

Zillow is looking for a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to run complex, high-priority cross-functional programs within the Agent Go-to-Market organization. This role is for someone with experience bringing structure to ambiguous situations, keeping stakeholders aligned, and driving initiatives from framing through delivery without losing momentum.

This position ensures the programs that matter most to the business move with clarity and pace. The right people are in the room, the right decisions are getting made, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to execute on the highest-priority initiatives and help build the operating rigor that lets the Go-to-Market organization scale.

You Will Get To

  • Own complex cross-functional programs end to end, from problem framing through delivery, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to keep work on track and stakeholders aligned.

  • Build and maintain the structure each initiative needs: clear objectives, named owners, milestones, and a live view of risks and dependencies.

  • Communicate program status, decisions, and blockers with clarity across all levels, from working teams to senior leadership, so the right people always have the right information.

  • Run working sessions and stakeholder reviews that drive actual decisions, not just status updates.

  • Identify where work is stalled and surface the decision or tradeoff needed to unblock it.

  • Support the development and documentation of Go-to-Market operating norms, turning lessons from individual programs into repeatable processes.

  • Run pilots to test new Go-to-Market motions and help assess readiness for broader rollout.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting, with a track record of running complex, cross-functional programs.

  • You bring structure to ambiguous situations — you can define a path forward when one isn't handed to you, and you don't need everything figured out to start moving.

  • You execute with precision and still keep the bigger picture in view. You know how your program connects to what the business is trying to accomplish.

  • You're comfortable getting to the root of a problem before jumping to solutions, and you're willing to put forward a point of view when it's needed.

  • You build trust with senior stakeholders and work effectively across functions, even when priorities compete.

  • You communicate clearly and adapt your message to your audience — whether you're running a working session or presenting to a VP.

  • You're comfortable with data. You can pull and interpret it from Salesforce and SQL-based sources to pressure-test assumptions and inform recommendations.

  • You think ahead by anticipating downstream effects and flag risks before they become problems.
