HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Test software thoroughly to ensure flawless operation and compliance with standards.
Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts for new and modified applications.
Review program documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts to confirm functionality and adherence to guidelines.
Participate in agile ceremonies where applicable.
Partner with programmers and business units to create and validate test plans.
Analyze workflows and recommend quality improvements for future configurations.
Write and maintain documentation for testing procedures and results.
Report progress on problem resolution and suggest process enhancements.
Perform duties outside normal work hours when business needs arise.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of IT QA experience, including automated testing with third-party tools.
Experience with Leapworks or other test automation preferred but not required.
Experience in agile/scrum methodologies.
Strong proficiency in PC Windows and mainframe CICS environments.
Solid understanding of IT concepts, applications, and QA methodologies.
Knowledge of testing approaches such as black box, white box, smoke, and unit testing.
Ability to measure test effectiveness, track progress, and report results transparently.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new testing methodologies.
Expertise in business processes and commitment to end-user perspective.
