Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our diverse team based in Adelaide, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.  

Bring your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Dispute Claim Specialist you will play a key role in supporting injured workers throughout the dispute resolution process, providing an empathetic customer experience. 

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to various stakeholders 

  • Undertake ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements, payments and medical expenses 

  • Tailored and empathetic delivery of adverse outcomes to all relevant stakeholders  

  • Provide support to the Dispute Resolution Officer to assist in the timely resolution of matters before the South Australian Employment Tribunal 
     

ABOUT YOU 

  • Strong and empathetic customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. 

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges 

  • Background in customer service, mediation or personal industry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency advantageous
