Change Management Lead

Overview

Client is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing business processes, tools, and operations. This role partners with executive leaders, managers, and frontline employees to drive awareness, acceptance, and adoption of new systems and processes through organizational change management and learning strategies.

The Change Management Lead will develop and execute change management solutions that help stakeholders successfully adopt new tools and ways of working. The role requires strong collaboration, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, role mapping activities, and assessments to support organizational readiness.

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to drive change adoption and user acceptance.

• Design, deploy, and analyze surveys, incorporating feedback into change management approaches and training strategies.

• Create and deliver training materials and learning solutions based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.

• Develop end-user communications related to process, system, and organizational changes.

• Create presentations, executive briefings, and talking points for audiences ranging from executives to individual contributors.

• Develop and execute change management plans for ongoing system releases and post-implementation improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful adoption of new tools and processes.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices.

• PROSCI certification.

• Hands-on experience with change management activities, including change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results, and incorporation of feedback into training development and delivery.

• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication development, instructional design, course and training material creation, meeting facilitation, and executive briefings.

• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and web-based training, including quick reference guides and related learning materials.

• Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe, and other digital adoption platforms.

• Leadership Development Program graduate.

Preferred Skills or Experience

• Approximately 4-8 years of experience in organizational change management or related disciplines.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

• Experience developing creative solutions to support organizational adoption and engagement.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.

• Experience creating and building product branding or organizational change identities.

Work Details

• Remote.

• Approximately 25% travel required based on business needs. Travel requirements may vary depending on project demands.
