MARKETING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Location: Remote (LATAM)
Type: Full-Time Contractor (starts with a 3-month trial).

Pay: $800 USD/month during trial, up to $1,200 USD/month after.
Top Requirements: 1-3 years of marketing ops experience, CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce) & Automation (Marketo) skills, strong Excel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be the engine that keeps our marketing operations running seamlessly. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing campaign setups in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing list uploads, segmentation, and tracking links.
• Performing regular data audits, deduplication, and pipeline tracking for regional reporting.
• Maintaining execution spreadsheets, operational dashboards, and budget logs daily and weekly.
• Managing project boards in ClickUp, testing new workflows, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).

WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail. Your qualifications should include:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or data management.
• Direct experience operating CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) and familiarity with tools like ClickUp or Asana.
• An Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

COMPENSATION RANGE
$800 USD/month during the initial 3-month trial period, increasing to up to $1,200 USD/month upon successful completion of the trial.
