🎯 ¿Qué harás en este rol?

✔️ Analizar y documentar requerimientos de negocio de Time & Attendance
✔️ Configurar y dar soporte funcional a procesos de administración de tiempos
✔️ Colaborar con stakeholders para alinear negocio y tecnología
✔️ Evaluar y mejorar procesos existentes
✔️ Elaborar documentación funcional y participar en análisis de negocio
✔️ Trabajar en equipos cross-functional asegurando alineamiento estratégico

✅ Lo que buscamos:

🔹 Conocimiento sólido en Workforce Software Time & Attendance
🔹 Certificación vigente en Workforce Software T&A
🔹 Habilidades comprobadas en Análisis de Requerimientos
🔹 Inglés Avanzado (interacción con stakeholders en inglés)

📌 Horario: 8AM – 5PM (Arizona Time)
