In this role

You will support business operations and sales planning activities by managing and validating high-volume data changes across accounts, territories, quotas, organizational structures, and related business information. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Business Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders to investigate discrepancies, resolve data issues, process operational requests, and maintain data accuracy across internal systems.

You will work with large datasets, reconcile information, respond to escalations, and support reporting and analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen data quality. This role is well suited for someone who combines analytical problem-solving with strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills and can work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and validate high-volume business and organizational data changes, including account, client, territory, quota, personnel, and organizational updates.
  • Review datasets and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data issues, escalations, and operational requests.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Business Analytics, and other stakeholders to resolve complex business-data issues.
  • Support reporting and business analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other enterprise reporting tools.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple operational requests while meeting established timelines and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established business processes and controls.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and data quality.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographic regions and functions.
  • Apply analytical and business judgment to identify trends, potential issues, and appropriate solutions.
  • Operate independently while quickly learning new tools, systems, and business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in business analytics, sales operations, business operations, data management, or a related operational support environment.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and business data.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and identifying data discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting/analytics platforms.
  • Experience in sales planning, sales operations, business operations, marketing analytics, or digital advertising.
  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed business organizations.
  • Experience processing high-volume operational requests or ticket-based workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and independently determine solutions.
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and business systems.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state is 90,000 - 95,000 USD Annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
