About the Role
Parexel is looking for a scientist to join our Translational Medicine team. This role will support our Sponsors in project management and operational execution for Digital Pathology. You will coordinate cross-functional activities related to whole-slide image transfer, vendor follow-up, request tracking, process documentation, and stakeholder communications. Working closely with scientific team members and vendors, you will ensure Digital Pathology workflows are organized, compliant, and executed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities related to Digital Pathology operations

  • Manage whole-slide image transfer and tracking

  • Follow-up with vendors and manage vendor relationships

  • Track requests and maintain request management systems

  • Document processes and maintain compliance standards

  • Communicate with stakeholders across scientific and operational teams

Work Environment

Location: Rahway, NJ (onsite)

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week onsite preferred.

Schedule: Full-time


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, and Data Management

  • Experience with digital pathology

  • Experience in clinical trials

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field

  • Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharma/biotech industry experience

  • Experience with informed consent in clinical trials

  • Technical proficiency with:

    • Microsoft Lists

    • Power BI

    • SharePoint and Teams

    • AWS/S3-based workflows

    • LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
