The Opportunity:

About the Role

The Senior Product Manager, Technology Platform (Developer Experience) owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platforms, tools, and capabilities that enable software engineers to build, test, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and securely. This role serves as the product leader for Developer Experience (DevEx), partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to identify and eliminate friction throughout the software development lifecycle.

This individual must possess a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, including application development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, developer tooling, automation, observability, and platform engineering. Successful candidates will be comfortable engaging in technical discussions, evaluating architectural tradeoffs, understanding code-level workflows, and translating developer needs into outcome-driven platform investments. Prior hands-on software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure experience is highly valued.

The Senior Product Manager drives measurable improvements in developer productivity, platform adoption, software delivery performance, and operational excellence through data-driven prioritization, strategic roadmap ownership, and cross-functional influence. This role treats developers as customers, ensuring technology platform investments create scalable, reusable, and sustainable capabilities that accelerate delivery while maintaining security, reliability, and quality.
