For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program (Feature Teams organization), we are seeking talented and ambitious professionals to join our team based primarily in Paris and Bucharest as we accelerate our transformative digital and product journey.

As a Billing Application Administrator, you will proactively manage Zuora applications which represents our billing system and its ecosystems:

• Activate and configure new tenants, new products and services

• Monitor and administrate the platform

• Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications to meet the evolving needs of the billing team and the program

• Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to Finance users, including training

• Partner with internal users and stakeholders, assisting with data analysis, reporting needs and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain proper system access for user roles ensuring compliance

• Monitor end user usage of business systems and track performance

• Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of business facing applications and troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate and resolve issues

• Document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, system integrity and security

• Responsible for the change management and release process of Zuora Billing as &  when required

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionality, customization and integration

• Support integrations with other enterprise apps like CRM, Zuora CPQ in SalesForce and accounting systems

You could be our next teammate if you verify the following requirements:

• 3+ years working experience in system administration

• Experience with Zuora Billing and SalesForce are a plus

• Experience in administration, configuration including 3rd party integrations in complex environments

• Experience in Billing modules: Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing & Invoicing, Payments and Taxes

• Experience working in Zuora Billing administration: User access, HTML/PDF templates, Custom fields, Notifications/email templates, Workflows and Reports

• Experience working in Zuora sandbox including deployment across multiple tenants

• Experience working in APIs

• Knowledge of SQL

• System implementation and system integration experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
