Job Description:

Summary
This position will support the goals of the Ryder Sales University program, which is focused on enhancing the effectiveness of the sales and support talent in the SCS/DTS Sales organization. The program is focused on achieving this through individualized learning paths and coaching. The Sales Coach is responsible for working with field sales leadership to identify specific training and development opportunities for sales individuals with the ultimate goal of improving their productivity and sales skillset. This position will regularly meet with salespeople to review assessments, individual development plans (IDPs), and progress. There will be training facilitation and delivery, Work is independent, with minimal supervision/direction required

Essential Functions

  • Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team. Curate development plans to include coaching, Coach, develop, and motivate salespeople. Follow-up on activities and sessions while evaluating progress in collaboration with sales leader.
  • Consultant to the field sales leaders
  • Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar. Decides on training delivery method, content and design in conjunction with the Sales Training organization.
  • Provide recommendation and assistance on training content, design, and modality.
  • Seek out and deploy continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations, leadership feedback, and sales training best practices.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • In training sessions will need to leverage Teams for virtual sessions
  • Independent decision making while coaching or in a training session and on who attends, how to handle non-completions of work and other training management issues in coordination with sales leaders

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Minimum Pay Range:

$75,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$130,000.00
