Job Description Summary

The Ultrasound Solutions Leader serves as a strategic, customer facing leader responsible for partnering across both customer organizations and internal GE HealthCare teams to shape, drive, and execute enterprise-level strategies for GE HealthCare’s Ultrasound Solutions portfolio. This role requires a dynamic leader who can identify, develop, manage, and close complex Enterprise Ultrasound opportunities while maintaining a comprehensive, system wide perspective.

The Ultrasound Solutions Leader will leverage GE HealthCare’s unmatched breadth of solutions—including Cardiology, Digital, Handheld, General Imaging, Point of Care, Primary Care, and Women’s Health—to design and deliver integrated, value driven offerings that create mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and GE HealthCare. This individual will play a critical role in aligning clinical, operational, and financial priorities to support long-term customer success.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across healthcare organizations, including hospitals, large physician groups, and imaging centers. Engage multiple departments—such as C-Suite, Cardiology, IT, General Imaging, Point of Care, Primary Care, and Women’s Health—to identify key decision makers, expand market share, grow revenue, and reduce customer attrition. Serve as the primary driver for large and strategic enterprise deals within the market.
  • Achieve quarterly/annual orders and revenue targets, while maximizing profit margins across equipment and service sales.
  • Leverage GE HealthCare’s comprehensive Ultrasound portfolio (Cardiology, Digital, Handheld, IT, General Imaging, Point of Care, Primary Care, and Women’s Health) to accelerate sales funnel growth and drive business performance.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customers’ installed base and partner with them to develop long‑term technology and capital plans aligned with their budget cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with the GEHC account community, participating in strategic site visits and jointly developing negotiation strategies. Lead cross‑functional teams to design and deliver customized, high‑value customer solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools to track account activity, enhance visibility, prioritize the pipeline, and drive market share expansion.

  • Proven ability to present complex concepts effectively—both verbally and in writing—to senior‑level decision makers; exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing, and problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, collaborate across functions, and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Must reside within the designated GE Markets (East Region - primarily New York or Philadelphia) and be willing to travel throughout the territory.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $132,000.00-$198,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
