About this Role

The National Project Operations Leader is responsible for driving a strategic and results-oriented project culture by ensuring process integrity, system enhancements, and financial transparency across all field service project teams.

This role emphasizes the development of a high-performance, accountable culture, focusing on operational excellence, sales alignment, and team cohesion. The Project Leader will guide the development of team skills and strategies to strengthen cross-functional support, drive project success, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the organization.

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the continental United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote strategic Project culture forward, via process integrity and system enhancement.

  • Lead and develop financial integrity expectations and culture through all Project teams

  • Lead proactive Sales and Operational connection culture

  • Lead skills and development strategies through Project teams

  • Develop transparent, consistent, and accountable Project team expectations to business objective

  • Lead consistency and accountability through Cash expectation

  • Develop proactive sales alignment expectations during opportunity development

  • Lead Large Project Review Meetings quarterly

  • Lead Equipment Assurance integrity reviews monthly

  • Lead and develop ethics and safety culture

  • Lead internal Operational cohesiveness between Service, Business and Strategic teams

  • Engage cross functional support teams from a Project leadership perspective

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in field service, field operations, commercial/industrial building products, customer processes or construction

  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching and developing a team

  • 40% travel within North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aftermarket industry project management experience

  • Experience collaborating with functional stakeholders across a complex organization

  • Leadership capabilities influencing and creating strong partnerships

  • Financial acumen and understanding of project impact to P&L

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
