What does the Pricing Solutions Build & Modernization Analyst do at Worldwide


The Pricing Solutions Build & Modernization Analyst will support Commercial Solutions initiatives by partnering directly with the Solutions Engineer to advance pricing tool modernization and pricing tool build activities. Rather than managing day-to-day operational Jira ticket support, this role is dedicated to supporting the build assisting with requirements gathering, data preparation, validation, testing, and documentation that enable the specialized automation resource to deliver future-state pricing solutions.

The position provides project-based capacity during a period of significant transformation, partnering with Strategic Finance, Proposal Management, Contracts, and Commercial Operations to maintain pricing tool data integrity and support modernization priorities. This role is adapted from the Commercial Solutions Strategy Associate II but is intentionally repositioned to focus on build support rather than routine ticket-driven operations.


What you will do

Build & Modernization Support

  • Partner with Solutions Engineer to support REBOOT build and pricing modernization activities.
  • Assist with requirements gathering, data preparation, and configuration inputs that enable build execution.
  • Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance in support of solution development.
  • Support pricing tool updates and configuration efforts under established governance processes.
  • Document business requirements, workflows, test cases, and process improvements to support the build.
  • Participate in project meetings and support status reporting on build progress.Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze and validate pricing, budget, and operational data to support build and testing efforts.
  • Perform Excel-based analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Power Query data models and reporting datasets.
  • Support recurring business reviews and management reporting.
  • Assist with data reconciliation and integrity reviews.

Commercial Solutions Support

  • Support commercial deliverables and ad hoc analysis requests tied to modernization efforts.
  • Assist with rate card, inflation, benchmarking, and pricing-related analyses.
  • Partner with Strategic Finance and Commercial Solutions to support quarterly review activities.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to support build and business decisions.
  • Respond to routine and non-routine business inquiries related to the build effort.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort within build workstreams.
  • Assist with process documentation and standardization.
  • Support implementation of workflow improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Solutions.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, commercial operations, or a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Success Measures

Within the assignment period, the resource should be able to:

  • Support REBOOT build and testing efforts alongside the Solutions Engineer.
  • Maintain pricing data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Produce recurring Excel and Power Query reporting with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with build documentation, test case development, and continuity activities.
