Associate Director Field Medical Affairs (MSL) Oncology - Eastern France - Région Est

We are seeking an Associate Director Field Medical Affairs (MSL) Oncology France to join our Medical Affairs team, supporting our Oncology medical affairs organization in a field-based role. In this role, you will drive scientific exchange, share medical insights, and support research initiatives while collaborating with healthcare professionals, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, and Medical Affairs colleagues.   • Build and manage relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and investigators.

  • Identify medical insights and advise internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as a scientific resource on disease state and portfolio-related data.

  • Support company-sponsored studies through investigator and site identification.

  • Advance investigator-initiated study concepts with researchers and site personnel.

  • Respond to scientific inquiries and present clinical data compliantly.

  • Attend conferences and report scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.

  • You thrive in a matrix environment and build trusted scientific partnerships.

This role requires:

  • PhD, PharmD, MD or DVM.

  • 8+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years in Field Medical Affairs or Medical Management within Oncology.

  • Oncology expertise required with Skin cancers and/or Lung cancer experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, European Union regulations, and compliant pharmaceutical practices.

  • Experience supporting company-sponsored studies, investigator-initiated studies, or clinical research activities.

  • Established Oncology Key Opinion Leaders relationships and institutional knowledge preferred.

  • Drug launch experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate complex scientific data and engage as a peer with Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and project participation skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining compliance standards.

  • Proficiency with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
