About the Role

Reporting to the Demand Generation Director – EMEA, the Demand Performance & Analytics Specialist – EMEA is responsible for providing performance visibility, business intelligence, analytics, and governance across all Demand Generation activities within the EMEA region. The role serves as the central owner of demand performance measurement, funnel analytics, KPI governance, executive reporting, customer data visibility, and data quality initiatives.

Working closely with Regional Demand Generation Managers, Commercial Leadership, IT, Sales Operations, and Global Data teams, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that improve funnel performance, conversion rates, demand generation effectiveness, and business outcomes.

This position can be based within a major Videojet location across EMEA and may be offered in a hybrid or remote working model depending on location.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Own performance analysis across the complete Lead-to-Order funnel and identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver executive reporting, leadership dashboards, scorecards, and actionable business recommendations to senior stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Lead the preparation, validation, and publication of EMEA Demand Generation reporting while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility of performance results.
  • Define and govern KPIs, reporting standards, benchmarking methodologies, and target-setting processes across the region.
  • Manage reporting environments including Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Bowler, and future visibility platforms while driving automation and reporting efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting integrity, customer data visibility, and decision-making across the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Significant experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical function.
  • Advanced experience with reporting and analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, data management, and Lead-to-Order processes.
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and performance visibility solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and performance improvement strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across commercial, operational, IT, and leadership functions.
  • Professional fluency in English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
