YOU WILL BE: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our corporate finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing daily liquidity, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and financial risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, and Operations to optimize corporate liquidity, maintain financial controls, and ensure smooth treasury operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the company’s daily cash modeling process to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operational needs, including reconciling actuals to forecast,  and identifying key drivers and trends.

  • Perform daily cash positioning through the execution of wire/ACH payments and intercompany fund transfers.

  • Assist Accounts Payable in the release of daily disbursements and ensure alignment with the approved daily cash forecast.

  • Partner with Financial Planning, Real Estate, Tax, Payroll, Benefits and other business teams to support treasury needs and ensure alignment of direct cash forecasts with 3 statement forecast modeling.

  • Support, track and reconcile India global capability center disbursement needs to ensure proper monthly funding levels

  • Prepare interest forecast and actualization schedules, and partner with Accounting to ensure debt and related items are appropriately reflected in financial systems.

  • Prepare and distribute daily executive reporting on cash position and liquidity. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for store teams and other internal business partners on cash management items including support of incoming/outgoing wires, payment confirmation details, account coding and bank account reconciliation, and other ad hoc information requests.

  • Support bank account maintenance and compliance with cash management controls, potentially including opening/closing accounts, updating authorized signers, and managing bank portal access/permissions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes, reduce transaction costs, and enhance treasury automation.

  • Support compliance processes impacting treasury, including financial statement, borrowing base, and other audit processes, bank/debt reporting, and other interactions with internal/external partners as needed.

  • Participate in special projects to support the long-term Treasury Strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Experience: 2–4 years of corporate treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking experience

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, etc.)

    • Hands-on experience with commercial online banking platforms and treasury management systems (e.g., Wells Fargo Vantage, J.P. Morgan Access, Bank of America CashPro)

    • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)

  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, high attention to detail, sound financial literacy and strong communication skills
