Buscamos un(a) NetSuite Functional Consultant para integrarse a un equipo internacional que participa en proyectos de implementación y servicios administrados de Oracle NetSuite.

La posición tendrá participación activa en el análisis de requerimientos, configuración y soporte de la plataforma, así como en la propuesta e implementación de soluciones funcionales y técnicas para optimizar procesos de negocio.

-Por lineamientos del proyecto, esta posición está dirigida exclusivamente a residentes en México.-

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia práctica con Oracle NetSuite en roles funcionales, de soporte, implementación o consultoría.

  • Conocimiento de procesos empresariales como:

    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)

    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

    • Cuentas por cobrar (AR)

    • Cuentas por pagar (AP)

    • Contabilidad general (GL)

  • Experiencia en configuración y administración de NetSuite.

  • Conocimientos de Suite Flow, Saved Searches, reportes y dashboards.

  • Conocimiento de SuiteScript / JavaScript y, de preferencia, SuiteTalk.

  • Capacidad para analizar requerimientos, proponer soluciones y documentar procesos.

  • Experiencia o conocimientos en integraciones con sistemas de terceros.

  • Inglés conversacional avanzado para colaborar con equipos internacionales.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario establecido

¿Qué haras?

  • Analizar requerimientos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones dentro de NetSuite.

  • Participar en implementaciones, configuraciones y mejoras de módulos.

  • Realizar análisis fit-gap, priorizando funcionalidades estándar sobre personalizaciones cuando sea conveniente.

  • Gestionar requerimientos y tickets desde el análisis hasta las pruebas y liberación.

  • Configurar y mantener Suite Flow, Saved Searches, reportes y dashboards.

  • Participar en pruebas funcionales, UAT y documentación de soluciones.

  • Brindar soporte a usuarios y atender incidencias en ambientes Production y Sandbox.

  • Participar en integraciones entre NetSuite y sistemas de terceros.

  • Colaborar en soluciones utilizando SuiteScript, SuiteTalk y SuiteCloud.

  • Explorar y aplicar funcionalidades de IA de NetSuite para automatización y optimización de procesos.

Será un plus si tienes:

  • Certificación NetSuite ERP Consultant o NetSuite Certified Developer.

  • Conocimientos de SuiteTalk.

  • Experiencia con herramientas de integración como Workato.

  • Conocimiento de módulos avanzados como ARM o R2R.

  • Experiencia en industrias de Tecnología, Telecomunicaciones o Media (TMT).

  • Conocimientos sobre automatización, IA aplicada a procesos empresariales o analítica predictiva.
