We are looking for Creative Production Coordinator on freelance basis to manage task flows and facilitate communication within our graphic design team. You will be responsible for tracking project deadlines, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all creative output meets our quality standards and SLA timelines. This role requires a strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-driven production environment..

Your main tasks will be:

  • Owning the day-to-day task flow of the graphic design freelancers team - intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of creative requests from briefing through final delivery;
  • Managing project timelines and SLA compliance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks to deadlines before they affect delivery;
  • Serving as the main communication point between the creative team and requesting stakeholders, ensuring briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with production capacity;
  • Maintaining the accuracy and transparency of the project tracker, keeping task statuses, priorities, and workloads visible to the team and to stakeholders at all times;
  • Driving continuous improvement of creative production workflows by identifying inefficiencies, proposing process optimizations, and helping the team scale output in an AI-driven production environment.

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within an in-house creative team, agency, or production studio;
  • Confident hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar);
  • Solid understanding of creative production processes for digital formats, including performance creatives and landing pages;
  • Clear understanding of content types and formats including the difference between static and video production and what each requires in terms of workflow and timelines;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset;
  • English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in media, gaming, or entertainment companies;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment;
  • Basic familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud);
  • Experience working alongside AI-assisted creative production workflows.
