Job description

En Tekton Labs estamos en la búsqueda de un Senior Backend Developer para liderar la ejecución y construcción del core operativo de una plataforma crítica de notificaciones e integración de datos. En este rol, serás clave para desplegar arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad en entornos multi-cloud (GCP/AWS), procesar pipelines de datos en streaming masivos y garantizar la compatibilidad transitoria de sistemas legados de alto impacto sin afectar la experiencia final del usuario.

Responsibilities:

  • Desarrollar y optimizar el motor de emisión de push notifications en Google Cloud Run empleando FCM v1 y APNs HTTP/2.
  • Construir y escalar el motor de campañas sobre Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), adaptando shims de compatibilidad transitorios para frontend.
  • Implementar pipelines de ingesta de datos masivos en modo streaming desde Cloud Storage hacia Pub/Sub.
  • Diseñar e implementar pipelines CDC (Change Data Capture) entre entornos AWS y GCP para mantener una divergencia mínima de datos.
  • Co-desarrollar endpoints optimizados para el módulo in-app utilizando Firestore con estrategias de caché TTL.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento estricto de contratos de payload y patrones de manejo de errores como Dead Letter Queue (DLQ).

Must Have:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia comprobada en desarrollo Backend y arquitecturas de microservicios (Node.js, Go o similares).
  • Dominio avanzado de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL / Cloud SQL) y diseño de datos.
  • Experiencia práctica trabajando con bases de datos NoSQL (DynamoDB, Firestore).
  • Experiencia sólida en la implementación de sistemas de mensajería (Pub/Sub) y patrones de resiliencia (DLQ).
  • Experiencia previa en integraciones multi-cloud (AWS y GCP) y procesamiento de eventos en tiempo real.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2+).

Nice to Have:

  • Conocimientos en arquitecturas de notificaciones Push (FCM v1, APNs HTTP/2).
  • Experiencia previa implementando soluciones CDC (Change Data Capture).
  • Familiaridad con estrategias de migración e interoperabilidad de sistemas heredados (legacy compatibility).
