The opportunity
As a Team Leader, you'll be primarily responsible for the leadership and oversight of a team of admission counselors responsible for contacting, engaging, and enrolling students in various undergraduate and graduate programs online and at our campus and satellite locations. You will ensure that admission counselors deliver exceptional service following SNHU Core Values. Your primary responsibilities are quality assurance, coaching, and maintaining culture within our admission teams. You will report to the Director of Admissions and is a remote role. #LI-Remote

Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday – Thursday,
Central Time Candidates: (4) shifts 8:00am - 4:30pm, (1) weekend shift 12:30pm - 9:00pm
Eastern Time Candidates: (4) shifts 8:00am - 4:30pm, (1) weekend shift 12:30pm - 9:00pm
Mountain Time Candidates: (4) shifts 8:00am - 4:30pm, (1) weekend shift 11:30am - 8:00pm
Pacific Time Candidates: (4) shifts 8:00am - 4:30pm, (1) weekend shift 10:30am - 7:00pm

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $58,455.00 - $93,546.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $64,593.00 - $87,391.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
