IT Business Analyst (CMMS/Cetaris) - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst (CMMS/Cetaris) for a remote position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.

Compensation:  $95.00 - $99.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role focuses on translating business needs into effective process and technology solutions within the fleet maintenance space. The ideal candidate will support a Cetaris CMMS deployment, gather requirements for new functionality, and perform functional testing while working with cross-functional teams in the Central Standard Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the fleet maintenance space
• Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis
• Support the Cetaris CMMS deployment, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution
• Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional product lines
• Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned objects
• Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality
• Maintain detailed documentation
• Provide new user training on supported applications, as requested
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
• Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests

Primary Requirements:

• 4+ years IT business analyst class 8 fleet maintenance experience
• One full lifecycle fleet/equipment maintenance deployment
• 1+ year requirements-gathering workshop experience
• Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams
• All work to be completed in the CST time zone
• Excellent communication, organization and thought delivery skills
• Self Starter; proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage
• Efficient time manager
• Strong collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

• Cetaris CMMS deployment experience
• Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience
• Road Energy Transportation business experience
• Snowflake integration experience
