URGENT: POWERPOINT SPECIALISTS / FINISHED ARTISTS – REMOTE SOUTH AFRICA BASED | 260-SLIDE DECK

This is a remote position.

We are looking for several highly experienced PowerPoint Finished Artists to collaborate on the clean-up and standardisation of a 260-slide client presentation.

Project timeline

• Final PowerPoint deck received: Wednesday, 9 September 2026
  
• Primary production days: 9 and 10 September
  
• Target completion: Friday, 11 September
  
• If necessary, artists must be available over the weekend
  
• Absolute final deadline: Monday morning, 14 September
  
• Client presentation: Wednesday, 16 September
  

Due to the volume and tight turnaround time, the deck will be divided among several Finished Artists. Close collaboration and strict consistency will be essential.

Scope of work

The entire presentation must be cleaned up and harmonised by:

• Correcting slide numbers and adding missing numbers
  
• Standardising bullet-point styles
  
• Applying the same purple background throughout
  
• Aligning text consistently
  
• Improving spacing and layout
  
• Standardising fonts and text colours
  
• Rearranging elements where necessary to improve clarity
  
• Ensuring every slide follows the same visual system
  

The existing content, diagrams and images must not be edited, replaced or redesigned. This is a finished-art and presentation clean-up project, not a content-development or creative-design assignment.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  
• Have proven experience cleaning up and formatting large, complex presentations
  
• Work accurately and quickly under extreme deadline pressure
  
• Collaborate effectively with other Finished Artists
  
• Maintain consistency across an allocated section of the deck
  
• Be available for a project briefing on 9 September
  
• Be available to work over the weekend if required
  
• Have a stable internet connection and be responsive throughout the project

A current version of the presentation is available for scoping purposes. However, the final working deck will only be supplied on 9 September after the client has completed its review.
