Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled GHL specialist to manage systems and automation across spreadsheets and platforms, with a primary focus on migrating and building out GoHighLevel accounts. This role is systems-focused rather than admin-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate an existing GHL account into a newly provided GHL account
  

• Build a GHL sub-account from scratch, including automations and workflows
  

• Manage and optimize systems across spreadsheets and connected platforms
  

• Troubleshoot and maintain automation workflows as needed
  

Required Tools & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including sub-account builds from scratch
  

• Experience with account migrations between GHL platforms
  

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and automating cross-platform workflows
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on technical builds
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record building GHL sub-accounts and automations
  

• Comfortable taking ownership of a systems migration project
  

• Organized, technically minded, and able to troubleshoot independently
  

• Prior experience with fitness/coaching business systems is a plus
