Job Description

The Junior Project Analyst will work closely with the project stakeholders, and business teams to gather process information, document current-state workflows, support future-state process design, analyze performance data, and create materials that help teams adopt new ways of working. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and skilled at turning complex information into clear process maps, documentation, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate brings experience in business process analysis, workflow documentation, process improvement support, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. 

This role involves the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with teams of analysts.
  • Analyzing data and synthesizing information into existing templates
  • Preparing technical reports, presentations, fact sheets

Job requirements:

  • Required Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
  • Required Skills and Abilities: technical writing, strong and professional communication, ability to track and balance multiple project tasks and deadlines
  • Preferred Skills: excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, eager to learn on the job and receive feedback from project team
  • US Citizenship Required
