Additionally, this role features an externally-facing component focused on relationship coordination and experience management for an external advisory board. • Collateral & Slide Deck Development: Support the design of polished, well-formatted presentation decks for leadership reviews, advisory board meetings, and training sessions. Collaborate with marketing on external collateral creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or high-level administrative support role where managing external relationships was a requirement; exposure to standard B2B sales cycles and account management principles; meeting facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Data Management: Solid intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) with a keen eye for finding trends and auditing errors.
  • Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor; comfortable interacting with individuals of diverse backgrounds and experience levels
  • Organization & Adaptability: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to stay flexible, manage multiple daily tasks on deadline, and adapt to changing priorities.
