Ciklum is looking for a .NET Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a .NET Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.  This role focuses on contributing to scalable data solutions using C# as the primary language. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions
  • Integrate external datasets and support the development of data pipelines
  • Develop and maintain back-end systems using C#
  • Follow established coding standards and source control practices (Git, branching strategies)
  • Collaborate with global R&D and software teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
  • Troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues with guidance when needed
  • Work closely with project managers to track tasks and support timely delivery
  • Document technical solutions and implementation approaches
  • Continuously improve technical skills and stay up to date with relevant technologies

Requirements:

  • 3 years of professional experience with .NET and C#
  • Ability to understand and work with existing systems and codebases
  • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server
  • Basic understanding of RESTful services and APIs
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating with the team

Desirable: 

  • Experience with data processing or data pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices
