We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced retail and clienteling professionals with backgrounds in retail sales, luxury goods, client advisory, personal shopping, and other customer-facing sales environments.
This role focuses on reviewing and evaluating retail and clienteling-related documents and work products for quality, accuracy, relevance, and professional soundness. Selected professionals will apply practical retail and client-facing sales experience to assess materials, identify issues, and provide clear, structured feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Clienteling Review

Luxury & Premium Retail

Document & Spreadsheet Review

Ideal Profile
-
Bachelor's degree or higher
-
At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in retail, luxury goods, clienteling, personal shopping, or another client-facing sales environment

Experience as a Client Advisor, Retail Sales Associate, Luxury Sales Professional, Personal Shopper, or similar professional
-
Strong understanding of customer engagement, client relationships, and retail sales

Strong analytical and document-review skills

Strong written communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines

Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Comfortable reviewing varied retail and client-facing work products
