Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support our Agile teams and program-level delivery efforts. This role focuses on driving alignment, disciplined execution, and predictable outcomes while enabling cloud-based development within Azure environments. The Scrum Master/RTE facilitates Agile ceremonies, leads program‑level events, resolves impediments, and reinforces a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. The role requires proficiency with Azure DevOps and working knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, services, and delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide disciplined servant leadership that reinforces team readiness, ownership, and commitment to mission success.
  • Coordinate Agile Release Train events such as PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Identify and remove impediments to maintain operational flow and support timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, System Architecture, Engineering, and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and timelines.
  • Manage program‑level risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating appropriately to maintain execution stability.
  • Monitor delivery performance metrics, assess team and ART health, and drive improvements in velocity, flow, and predictability.
  • Ensure accurate backlog management, workflow optimization, and reporting using Azure DevOps Boards, Dashboards, and Pipelines.
  • Support teams with cloud‑related dependencies, technical discussions, and planning activities involving Azure cloud services.
Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, or other Agile certifications.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Azure landing zones or cloud modernization programs.
  • Experience supporting multi-team Agile environments in enterprise settings.
