Senior Quality Engineer

Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland , Romania

Project Description:

You will be joining the project team to tackle three key areas:

Refactor and optimize the load test suite, reducing individual test execution time from 16 hours to under 4 hours — directly improving deployment frequency and time to market.

Migrate remaining test suites from Jenkins to GitHub Actions to increase release confidence and reliability.

Enhance the GUI regression test suite to improve change failure rate.

Must Have:

Selenium and Java/Groovy — strong, hands-on experience required.

Active and confident use of AI tools in daily engineering work, including for identifying issues and test gaps.

Hard Skills:

Experience in automation quality engineering or backend engineering.

Serenity BDD, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Groovy, Allure, Java WebSocket.

Kubernetes and GitHub Actions — at least basic working knowledge.

Soft Skills:
Willingness to learn and actively apply AI in this work.

Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving.
