  • Own end-to-end operational planning across all partnership programs, including coordinating executive hospitality needs
  • Manage the allocation and delivery of operational assets: ticketing, accreditation, transportation, parking, accommodations, and hospitality
  • Build and execute onsite staffing and operational plans in partnership with safety, security, and internal communications teams
  • Develop contingency plans covering workforce, guests, and other onsite stakeholders in coordination with safety and security
  • Manage agency partners on ticketing, accreditation, and transportation strategy, overseeing deliverables and internal communication
  • Partner with activation leads and key stakeholders to secure onsite activations and maximize the business value of available assets
  • Manage related approvals and submissions across stakeholder groups
  • Guide and oversee operational staff on workstream execution
  • Lead internal operational communications (including a recurring taskforce meeting), and produce a Games Time Operational Playbook, executive summaries, and recommendations

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely across teams
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in sport, with an existing network of relationships at the IOC and FIFA
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel regularly and work onsite at events
