U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Legal Document Specialist to join our legal services team. This remote role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage records efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for organization, you could be the perfect fit!

📍 Location: Hybrid - Houston

🕒 Schedule:  Friday -  Tuesday  | 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Tackle challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Proofreading and Data Comparison: Meticulously compare information in transcripts with multiple data points to ensure accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all documents, entries, and legal paperwork.
  • File Management: Archive and distribute files accurately.
  • Order Fulfillment: Review system information and provided resources to accurately fulfill orders.
  • Research and Language Skills: Utilize strong research and language skills to maintain high standards.
  • Computer and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent computer proficiency and time management abilities.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain knowledge of processing standards and policies, diligently adhering to them, and protecting client and organizational information by maintaining strict confidentiality.
