It’s our vision to transform the way people find what they love by combining technology with the creative touch of style experts. The Stitch Fix experience is not merely curated—it’s truly personalized to each client we style. We are committed to inspiring our clients to look, feel and be their best selves. Founder Katrina Lake created Stitch Fix to blend the human element of personal styling with individually selected clothing and proprietary algorithms. She shipped the first Stitch Fix order (what we call a “Fix”) out of her Cambridge apartment in 2011 while attending Harvard, and today the company has brought convenience and an exclusive shopping experience to millions of men, women and kids throughout the US and UK. At Stitch Fix, we pride ourselves on personal styling for every one and every body. Our thousands of remote stylists, both in the US and UK, are instrumental in building relationships through Fixes that leverage client feedback and data. The secret to Stitch Fix’s success has been a balance of art and science. Our trusted style partners use our proprietary styling platform to help clients near and far find pieces that fit their lifestyle from everyday occasions to special events. We are building a transformative and inclusive e-commerce model focused on convenience and personal style that makes it radically simple and delightful for customers to discover and buy what they love. So ‘Why Stitch Fix?’ In addition to all of our benefits and perks, no matter what department you work with, every member plays a part in paving the way we bring the power of personalization to millions while disrupting the retail industry with innovation and tech on our side. Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) Stitch Fix is redefining retail by combining human creativity with advanced data science and Generative AI. As we build the future of personalized shopping, we’re equally committed to building yours.  We believe in investing in our team as much as our technology. About the Role

The Brand Marketing team brings the Stitch Fix brand to life through cohesive, relevant storytelling across the client experience. As a Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing, you’ll help shape and manage our integrated marketing calendar, connecting priorities across Merchandising, Channel Marketing, PR, Styling, and Creative teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing moments are coordinated, timely, culturally relevant, and consistently executed across channels, while supporting content, site and app refreshes, brand partnerships, and the Stitch Fix blog.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the integrated marketing calendar, developing key marketing moments and driving cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, CRM, Social, PR, Growth, Styling, and Creative partners.
  • Coordinate and review content and creative workstreams across paid social, site, app, blog, and other channels to ensure execution aligns with integrated marketing priorities, merchandising strategies, and brand standards.
  • Own the Stitch Fix blog strategy from planning through publishing, partnering with Creative, Copy, Merchandising, and SEO teams to deliver fresh, relevant content.
  • Identify and activate culturally relevant trends, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling opportunities, partnering with channel owners and Creative to bring ideas to life in fresh and effective ways.
  • Support and coordinate site and app creative refreshes, brand partnerships, and external brand or vendor logistics, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with broader marketing priorities.

How AI and tools show up in your day-to-day work:

  • Use AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support research, ideation, content development, project planning, and workflow efficiency.
  • Leverage project management, content, and collaboration tools to organize integrated marketing calendars, track deliverables, and maintain alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and tools that improve how marketing work is planned, developed, communicated, and executed.
