We combine specialized, industry-leading teams in strategy, medical excellence, evidence generation, market access, patient engagement, clinical trial optimization, medical analytics, and corporate and investor communications to provide targeted solutions for our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to expand our Patient Engagement and Clinical Trial Optimization team. This is a role in a dynamic team with lots of opportunity for growth and progression. Initially, you will have a particular focus on supporting clinical trial materials development projects, working across multiple priorities and stakeholders. Additional project types may include the organization of patient/trial site advisory meetings and workshops. You will work closely with clients, third-party partners, our internal Patient Engagement team, and our in-house studio and production teams to support the successful delivery of projects.  You will use your project management skills to deliver a wide range of services to clients including the development of project timelines, status reports and financial records.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service
  • work closely with other members of the Client Services team, and the Patient Content team, and liaise with key decisions makers to support the execution and delivery of clinical trial materials projects
  • organize and participate in meetings with clients, internal teams and third-party partners
  • produce regular status updates for clients on current projects
  • assist in the financial management of assigned projects

To succeed, you should ideally have previous experience working within a CRO, clinical trial environment or related agency setting with experience in clinical trial materials development and delivery being particularly relevant. Experience within a medical communications agency, pharmaceutical marketing or patient organisation environment would be considered beneficial. You should have good financial understanding, strong project management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

In addition to a great compensation and benefits package including private medical insurance and a company pension, we are happy to talk dynamic working. We are also known for our friendly and informal working environment with regular wellbeing activites, and Town Hall events. We offer excellent opportunities for career and personal development.

At MEDiSTRAVA, we are committed to promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. We believe that strength in diversity and inclusivity is a driver of our success.
