Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning & development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relationships, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead thoughtful one-to-one conversations.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
- Sound professional judgment and the ability to work within established systems and processes.
- A genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
- U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
- This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or recent graduates.
