As an Analytics Engineer, you will contribute to delivering high-quality data solutions aligned with agreed SLAs and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures.
  • Assembling large, complex datasets to meet business requirements.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements (e.g., automation, scalability, data delivery optimization).
  • Building analytics tools to generate actionable insights on customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborating within an agile team to uphold operational and control procedures.
  • Supporting data design and modeling within an Enterprise Data Platform in a cloud environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake for analytical workloads.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, optimized for analytics.
  • Proficiency in dbt for data modeling, transformation workflows, and testing.
  • Workflow orchestration experience using Airflow or similar tools.
  • Strong Python programming skills for pipeline development and data processing.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala, C++) is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS data services (e.g., Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, S3, Redshift); real-time or streaming data pipeline experience is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
