Job description

Zoomph turns messy signal across social, broadcast, and streaming into trusted, structured data about how brands show up in sports. That data comes together in our Benchmark product (the Almanac), our growing system of record for the brand across sports, and keeping it accurate and organized as it grows is mission-critical. We are looking for a Data Quality & Operations Analyst to own the quality, curation, and operational health of the data behind the benchmark, so our products, decisions, and client deliverables stay dependable.

Job Summary

You will monitor and audit the health of the data that powers our Benchmark (the Almanac), QA AI-generated brand exposure detections, and coordinate human-in-the-loop review to close gaps. You will curate and maintain our tagging taxonomy so the benchmark stays coherent as new sources and partnerships are added, validate datasets before they enter the benchmark and reach customers, and build repeatable quality checks. You will partner with product and engineering to define data-quality requirements and generate annotation data that improves our models, and you will report on benchmark data health so the team always knows what to trust.

What We're Looking For

You are detail-oriented and process-minded, comfortable with large and constantly changing datasets, and you get real satisfaction from turning messy data into something clean and reliable. You know your way around SQL and spreadsheets, you have done data validation or QA, and you can explain a data issue plainly to a non-technical teammate.
