Job description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Facilities sales organization, partnering with Sales Consultants, Key Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives to help drive customer success, operational excellence, and sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaboration, problem solving, and making an impact across a fast-paced sales environment. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Support sales teams and customer requests through cross-functional partnership with customer service, implementation, pricing, transportation, merchandising, supply chain and other teams. 

  • Capture and complete follow-up activities from customer meetings and planning sessions. 

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on current initiatives. 

  • Process customer dispenser, brewer, water, non-stock and special-order requests. 

  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with buyers on customer backorders. 

  • Work directly with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, product information and labels. 

  • Create customer shopping lists and maintain account support activities. 

  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting, activity tracking and customer support documentation. 

  • Support 15–20 sales representatives simultaneously while managing multiple priorities. 

  • Assist with reporting, onboarding, transfers, meeting coordination, AP processing and office support activities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a support or customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Prior sales support experience preferred within a distributed environment. 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Ability to self-direct and take initiative. 

  • Ability to work effectively across departments. 

What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting business-to-business sales organizations. 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas. 

  • Experience with reporting and data analysis. 

  • Familiarity with customer account management processes.
