We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to manage our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, CI/CD practices, and a blend of technical expertise with communication skills.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing the platform infrastructure, emphasizing Kubernetes and microservices to ensure seamless operations and scalability.
• Becoming a subject matter expert for our platforms to investigate complex problems and improve and maintain services.
• Implementing best practices while breaking down tasks effectively within teams.
• Ensuring compliance with industry best practices across the software development life cycle for the integration services team.
• Developing thorough documentation covering every system and process comprehensively.
• Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing while effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience and a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Demonstrate expertise with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell for effective task automation and problem-solving.
• Gain practical expertise in DevOps tools while understanding industry-standard practices comprehensively.
• Demonstrate exceptional ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation with proven expertise in creating high-quality written materials.
