The Analyst will partner with Client Engagement, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to improve data integrity, reporting, adoption, and process efficiency across Harbor’s Go-to-Market systems. This is a full-time position that can be worked from anywhere in USA or Canada

  • Prepare, validate, cleanse, and import data into Salesforce and related Go-to-Market systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established data standards.
  • Monitor and improve data quality across Salesforce, Clari, and related systems by identifying duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated records and coordinating corrective action with relevant teams.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide business stakeholders with clear, actionable visibility into pipeline, activity, account, campaign, and performance data.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements for process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional documentation for the Salesforce Administrator.
  • Serve as a business tester for Salesforce enhancements, including creating test scenarios, validating configurations against requirements, documenting results, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Document Salesforce processes, data standards, reporting definitions, and user guidance to promote consistent adoption and enablement across the organization.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for employees on Salesforce, reporting, data-management practices, and other Go-to-Market systems.
  • Participate as a business analyst on key Go-to-Market projects, helping identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, system usability, and data reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce in a business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or client engagement environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and end-user support.
  • Familiarity with data preparation, cleansing, imports, record maintenance, and data-quality controls.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, reports, or process improvements.
  • Experience supporting system testing and user acceptance testing for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Familiarity with Go-to-Market systems such as Salesforce, Clari, LeadIQ, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret business needs and communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear process documentation and training materials.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive, with strong planning and project-management skills.
  • Positive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage expectations, build trust, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and user experience.
