POSITION SUMMARY
:

  • Full time - Generous compensation ($75,000 - $105,000) & benefits with growth opportunities
  • Part Time - $75-$90 an hour

Your Superpowers

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred


Requirements

• Active BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active state Licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans
• Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting treatment strategies
• Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs
• Works collaboratively with families and team members

• Goal-oriented and organized
• Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs
