Job description

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Data Analyst IV for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Business to identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities.
  • Design, prototype, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related approved technologies.
  • Translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled agents, automated workflows, and decision-support solutions.
  • Conduct process and data exploration to assess use-case feasibility, data readiness, integration needs, risks, controls, and expected value.
  • Independently manage assigned initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, documentation, implementation, and user adoption.
  • Provide data analysis and actionable insights in response to ongoing and ad hoc business needs.
  • Collaborate with business and control partners to ensure solutions comply with applicable AI, data, risk, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Develop reusable solution patterns and documentation to support responsible and scalable adoption of AI and automation.
 
Requirements:
  • If you're interested in a analytics and insights role, our group is probably exposed to most of the newest tools or technologies. And so you'll find that what we do is really at the forefront, impactful projects,  analytics insights and AI is what the candidate is interested in, they'll be exposed to kind of the newest things that client is working on our group
  • Degree/Level Of Education: Post Secondary – any
  • Years of Overall Experience: 5-7 years
  • How Will Performance Be Measured:
  • Deliverables, quality of work, meeting deadlines
  • Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Someone that's curious and resourceful is looking to always learn about the newest developments in AI, new use cases, decent handle on interaction with stakeholders, able to manage expectations, attention to detail, has worked in a financial institution before would be a plus, not a requirement
  • Must-Have Hard Skills:
  • Exp tech skills – phyton, SQL, using large language models
  • Exp using AI automation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong communication
  • Analytics and insights function
  • Experience with ai, a generative or agent tech ai solution.
