Job description

PDI Health (Preventative Diagnostics) is a fast-growing portable medical examination company expanding throughout the USA, with offices currently in NY, NJ, DE, MD, PA, VA, RI, and CT, with more to come! Here we provide mobile services on-site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility.

Growing at a rapid pace, PDI Health is now looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher Representative. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing issues, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, well-spoken and detail oriented. This position is ideal for those who consider themselves NIGHT OWLS.

Hours: 2:00 pm to 12:00 am Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

Location: Remote

  • Mid and/or expert level knowledge of medical terms (MUST)
  • 1-2 Years of Dispatching Experience recommended
  • 1-2 years of Call Center Experience recommended 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Honest, flexible, team player and hard working
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bi or Multilingual a plus!
