About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, rapidly prototype AI solutions, and deliver production-ready applications that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities
  • Rapidly prototype and develop AI-powered solutions for real-world business use cases
  • Build and deploy applications using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, and automation
  • Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Work directly with users to demonstrate solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve them
  • Drive solutions from concept → prototype → validation → production
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for their practical application
  • Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams to productionize solutions
  • Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices
  • Create reusable AI components, patterns, and accelerators for future projects
  • Act as a technical evangelist and trusted partner for business teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, automation, or a related technical role
  • Strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications
  • Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, and cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of software development and engineering principles
  • Experience with AI-assisted development/coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RAG, AI Agents, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-calling patterns
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience working in customer-facing, consulting, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed roles
  • Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and rapid prototyping
