We’re hiring an Entry-Level Business/Data Analyst to support teams with reporting, data analysis, and business process initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop practical analytical skills while working on real business projects in a remote environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and operational data to help identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Gather information from stakeholders and assist in defining business needs
  • Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and project-related materials
  • Build recurring reports and visual dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools
  • Participate in testing activities and document defects, observations, and outcomes
  • Organize project documentation and ensure information is easy to access and maintain
  • Work with multiple teams to support operational improvements and project deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 0–1 years of experience in an analytical, business, operations, or project environment
  • Internship experience, academic projects, and relevant training will be considered
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting information and explaining findings
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting, or data visualization tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities in a remote work setting
